The attached PDF documents detail the U.S. Naval Academy and the Navy's efforts to coverup a scandal by "Bad Boy" classmates by forcing my summary dismissal. There is abundant evidence attached documenting a dozen acts of fraud from the Navy up through the BCNR. The only logical explanation for the flagrant violations of law is that the Superintendent at the Academy, under intense pressure from politicians and senior Naval officers - Academy graduates - knew that he could violate a host of laws with impunity. And that was because he was managing one of the most powerful political institutions on the face of the earth and I was an easy target because I was one of the 5% appointed to the Academy from the enlisted ranks.
The following documents have been forward to the BCNR under oath. The BCNR has since agreed to a rehearing on my original appeal. The attached records have been shared with the FBI, the Senate, the Washington Post and, of course the BCNR as well as the Courts. Any false statements would result in a felony offense. Not a peep out of anybody at any level on the accuracy of the documents. The reality, however, is that justice is unlikely unless I can get this matter in front of a jury.
